In 2014, Anthos Australia was the successful tender partner for the new Ballarat Dental Health Facility, delivering a complete clinical equipment solution for this purpose-built public and teaching clinic in Sebastopol, Victoria. Developed to address the shortage of public dental services in the region, the facility combines community care with hands-on student training in a supervised learning environment.

Anthos Australia supplied and installed 20 fully equipped Anthos R7m treatment centres, each integrated with MyRay RXDC intraoral X-ray systems and Zen-X digital sensors to create a seamless, fully digital workflow across all surgeries.
The layout places treatment rooms along the building perimeter, allowing each chair to face landscaped views and natural light, enhancing patient comfort while supporting clinical efficiency. The integrated MyRay imaging systems ensure precise diagnostics and streamlined chairside imaging within every surgery.
Supporting laboratories, central sterilisation and radiology zones are strategically positioned to optimise workflow and compliance, while the teaching model allows students to deliver supervised care using advanced, consistent equipment across all 20 suites.
